Refund Policy

1. No refund policy

RecapYT is a digital SaaS product. All paid subscriptions are non-refundable once initiated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We offer a fully functional Free Tier with no credit card required. This gives every user a real opportunity to test the product, experience the interface, and confirm it meets their needs before making any payment decision.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and are non-refundable for any unused portion. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, and access will continue until the end of the annual period already paid.

4. Service termination by us

If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation of our Terms of Service, we will issue a prorated credit or refund for any unused portion of your current paid period, at our sole discretion. Accounts terminated due to Terms violations are not eligible for a refund.
